By: L'jeanne, Advertising Manager
Grab your chair, blanket, snacks and your entire family because Audubon Zoo is having a ZOOvie! Take a break from the summer heat to come watch one of the coolest movies, Frozen. On Sunday, June 8th, the will gates open at 7 p.m. and the movie begins at 8 p.m. Before the movie, enjoy dinner from Crepes A la Cart, or bring your own dinner, snap a picture with the queen and princess and warm up your vocal cords for a great karaoke session featuring songs from the film. We had so much fun last time that we just had to do it again! Purchase online here and escape the lines for your $5 dollar admission tickets (free admission for children 2 years and under.)
Frozen is the coolest comedy-adventure ever to hit the big screen. When a prophecy traps a kingdom in eternal winter, Anna teams up with an extreme mountain man Kristoff andhis sidekick reindeer Sven on an epic journey to find Anna's sister, Elsa the Snow Queen, to put an end to her icy spell. Encountering mystical trolls, a funny snowman named Olaf, Everest-like extremes and magic at every turn, they battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom from destruction.Beat the summer heat and like the cast of Frozen would say, Let It Go and make it an Audubon Day!
