Leggo to the ZOOvie night!
By: L'jeanne, Advertising Manager
This Sunday, July 13th, join us and watch a celebration of teamwork as colorful building blocks come together in this addictive and charming film, The Lego Movie! Bring your chairs and blankets to get comfortable in front of the big screen for this ZOOvie. The gates open at 7 p.m.. and the movie begins at 8p.m.! Before the film begins, you can have dinner or a snack from one of the three food trucks onsite- Frencheeze, Taceaux Loceaux and Rue Chow. The Zoo’s Snack Shack and Haagen-Dazs ice cream stand will be open as well. Or feel free to bring your dinner!
The LEGO Movie is the first-ever, full-length theatrical LEGO adventure. The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously under prepared. Come join us at Audubon for this action packed adventure and find out how Emmet and his friends save the day!
Save the date for our next Dinner and a ZOOvie night on July 27th, E.T., the Extra Terrestrial!
Purchase your $5 admission tickets online here, and avoid the line (admission is free for children 2 years and under).
