Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species is at the cutting edge of species conservation. It uses modern technology and scientific research from Research Center scientists who are recognized across the globe for their work with animals such as wild felids and antelope.

The Research Center's mission is to safeguard disappearing animals for future generations through innovative programs that accelerate reproduction and preserve the earth’s genetic heritage. It has been working on the campus of Freeport-McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center since 1996.
