YMCA Corporate Cup

Interested in ordering lunch for the YMCA Corporate Cup race on December 6, 2009? Audubon offers many delicious menu items for your after race needs. We can take care of everything from table and chairs to hot food to cold beers.

To place your order:

1) Complete and submit the order form for your Team.
2) Download the credit card authorization sheet, fill it out and fax it to (504) 212-5434.

A non-refundable, full payment is required to complete your order. 
Orders must be placed by November 15, 2009.
 

YMCA Corporate Cup Menu:

Rental Package - $175
Rental package includes 6 barricades, 8 folding chairs and two 8-foot tables with disposable table linens. The rental package must be ordered to provide your company with a private area.
Additional items available for rental:
  • 8-foot Tables - $11.75 each
  • Folding Chairs - $1.75 each
  • Disposable Linens - $6 each
  • Barricades - $6 each
  • 10 x 10 Tent - $200; 20 x 20 Tent - $385; 30 x 40 - $650
  • Sidewalls for Tents - $2 per foot
A 50% Cancellation Fee will be incurred for any tent reservation canceled on or after November 13, 2009.  Tent reservation may be canceled without penalty when notified prior to November 13, 2009.

The following menu items are served by the pan.
A pan can serve up to 50 portions with the exception of the salad. 
  • Mini Nachitoches Meat Pies - $95 (Pan of 50)
  • Chicken Tenders Platter with Honey Mustard - $85 per platter (50 per platter)
  • Jambalaya - $250
  • Crawfish Audubon Pasta - $250
  • Pasta Primavera - $250
  • New Orleans Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage - $275
  • Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad - $225 (30 portions)
  • Seared Tuna on Baby Greens, Roma Tomato,
    Sliced Almond with Asian Ginger Dressing - $250 (30 portions)
  • Assorted Finger Sandwiches - $50 per tray of 50
  • Fruit Platter - $200 per platter (50 3-oz portions per platter)
  • Fresh Vegetable Crudités - $200
  • Assortment of Jumbo Cookies - $120

Beverage Options

  • Beer by the Case (Coors, Coors Light, Miller Light) - $85 per case
  • Case of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Bottled Water - $65 per case

Information

  • Attendants are available for $150 (up to 4 hours).
  • All items are subject to tax (food and beverage tax currently 9.75% and rental items tax currently 9%) and service charge (20%).
  • Must purchase a food minimum of $300 plus tax and service charge.
