Bugmobile

The Bugmobile is a FREE outreach program sponsored by the USDA’s Operation Full-Stop. This informative and entertaining program teaches all ages about the biology, history and prevention of the Formosan subterranean termite, while teaching the basics of entomology and important science standards.
The Bugmobile is available for groups of all sizes, ages 3 and up. Types of Bugmobile presentations available include:
- Schools, Camps & Churches: The Bugmobile features a 30 - 45 minute interactive lesson for classroom-sized audiences up to 35 people. No more than six programs per day.
- Community Groups & Business Organizations: The Bugmobile program includes a 60 minute assembly style presentation for audiences of all sizes.
- Fairs & Festivals: The Bugmobile features a 3 hour tabletop program where guests are encouraged to explore live anthropods and ask questions.
The Bugmobile is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve the Bugmobile today! Please only one visit per facility per year.
THE BUGMOBILE IS CURRENTLY BOOKED EVERY TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF MAY. THERE ARE FEW SATURDAYS AVAILABLE IN THE SPRING.
