Waiting on your Membership Card to arrive?
Please expect to receive your card approximately 2-4 weeks from date of purchase...but don’t delay your visit! Members can always visit by showing your photo ID or driver's license at the at the membership windows at the Zoo and Aquarium. If you are visiting the Butterfly Garden and Insectarium you need to have both a photo ID and your member card. If you have not received your card, you must bring a printed confirmation from your online purchase OR print a temporary membership card and bring it with you.
