Baby Penguin Naming Contest

The newest resident at Audubon Aquarium of the Americas needs a name – and one lucky Audubon member will have the honor of naming our bundle of feathered joy!

Audubon Nature Institute members will have a special opportunity to submit names for the newest African penguin chick at Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. The Audubon member whose name is chosen for the chick will get an opportunity to be a Keeper for the Day at the Aquarium.

The penguin chick hatched on February 21st, 2009, to proud parents Voodoo and Amquel. The hatching was the Aquarium’s first in eight years.
