Björn Again to Headline the Musical Entertainment

(New Orleans, La.) -  Mark your calendars to attend the premier parties in New Orleans for the young and young at heart.

For a limited time, tickets are available to Audubon Nature Institute members at a discounted rate for Whitney Zoo-To-Do and Zoo-To-Do for Kids, New Orleans’ most anticipated philanthropic events. Much more than fund-raisers, both offer opportunities to sample fine food, hear good music and engage in people watching at one of the most-beloved attractions in town.

Kids Zoo-To-Do will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 with General Admission starting at 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by Superstars, and the pint-sized guests will enjoy tasty sips and snacks, giant inflatables, games, arts and crafts!

Then on Friday, May 3, 2013, it’s time for the Whitney Zoo-To-Do, the annual adults-only black-tie Gala event that features a dizzying array of high-end cuisine and premium cocktails from local establishments and dancing under the stars to the sounds of the popular ABBA tribute band, Björn Again until midnight. The patron party begins at 7 p.m. and the partying continues until midnight.

"Björn Again is the closest you can get to seeing ABBA, ABBA will never reform,''  according to Benny Andersson, an original member of the Swedish band that began recording hits in the 1970s.

Until April 5, special Early Bird rates are available for Audubon Zoo members, starting at $85 for Whitney Zoo-To-Do and $20 for Kids Zoo-To-Do. Please visit www.auduboninstitute.org/ztd to purchase tickets or become a sponsor or call (504) 861-6160 for more information!

Proceeds from 2013 Zoo-To-Do events will be used to underwrite improvements to the Discovery Walk at Audubon Zoo and to relocate the popular attraction to its new home near the front gate.
