(New Orleans, La.) - Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium's rap duo known as Geeky Wacky Entomologists (G.W.E.) has enjoyed the kind of success most bug nerds only dream of.  But it was a long, hard road for the rhyme-happy Zack Lemann (a.k.a. Zacky Z) and his phenomenal human beat box Jayme Necaise (better known to most, of course, as Jam Master Jayme).  This recently released video tells the story of what happened before they took the insect-themed rap genre by storm nearly a decade ago.

This video is in conjunction with Audubon Nature Institute's web series, The Real Wild Animals of New Orleans.  The online show hosted by Chriss Knight guides viewers behind-the-scenes of Audubon's attractions. Click to watch G.W.E. in the recording studio recording their hit, "Baby Got Bugs."
