Visit the Animal Enrichment Tree

Animal enrichment items are tools, toys, food and scents given to Audubon Zoo animals to improve their physical and mental health by offering choices and variety in their environment. Animals love gifts too, and this year Audubon is making it easy for you to give a gift to a gorilla, sea lion, giraffe and more!

1. Visit the Animal Enrichment tree in Audubon Marketplace.
2. Take an ornament with your favorite animal on it and read the enrichment item printed on it.
3. Pick up the gift while you are out doing holiday shopping.
4. Drop off the present (wrapping is optional) at the Audubon Zoo membership window.
5. Don't forget to fill out the information on the back of the ornament and include it with your gift. Thank you letters will be sent and we need to know how to contact our generous donors!

The animal enrichment tree will be up from Friday, November 20 to January 1, 2010 in Diefenthal EarthLab. On December 7 the tree will be moved into Audubon Marketplace for the member Holiday Shopping Event.

Admission to Holiday Shopping Day at Audubon Marketplace is extended to those covered by your current membership. The Zoo is closed on Mondays. Questions? Contact us via email.
