The April 20, 2010, Gulf of Mexico oil spill incident is dramatically impacting Louisiana's fragile wetlands and its residents. Audubon Nature Institute's animal care experts are working diligently to rehabilitate sea turtles and marine mammals. Your support of Scales & Ales will benefit Audubon’s Louisiana Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue Program (LMMSTRP), which is the state’s primary responder for rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing stranded and injured marine mammals and sea turtles.

"Rescue Me" T-shirt. Fleurty Girl—a New Orleans-inspired collection of original shirt designs created by New Orleans native, Lauren Thom—is producing a limited edition "Rescue Me" sea turtle t-shirt. Net proceeds will be donated to LMMSTRP to support efforts to rescue, rehab and release sea turtles and marine animals.

Lee Michaels created the sterling silver Louisiana Preservation Bracelet to commemorate Louisiana’s environmental commitment, heritage, and culture. Ten percent of the proceeds from sales of the bracelet are committed to Audubon’s wildlife rehabilitation and protection efforts.
