Three Shelters are available for rental in Audubon Park: Shelter #11 and Shelter #12 are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Shelter #10 reservations will be accepted two months in advance of the event date, unless the event is a race. Races may be booked up to one year in advance of the event date.

9 am - 7 pm
Memorial Day to Labor Day (Summer)

9 am - 5 pm
Labor Day to Memorial Day (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Available Shelters include:

• Shelter #10 & Newman Bandstand
  Located on Magazine, near the Golf Clubhouse, and across the street from the Audubon Zoo. Shelter and bandstand rental is $550/day.

• Shelter #11
  Located on St Charles Avenue, near Exposition Blvd, directly across the street from Loyola University. Shelter rental is $300/day.

• Shelter #12
  Located near the corner of St. Charles Ave. and Walnut St. Shelter rental is $125/day.

If you would like to use Audubon Park or Riverview without renting a shelter, there are areas for the general public to picnic—on a first-come, first-served basis. Water and electricity are not provided. There is no charge; however, permits are required for parties of 50 or more people. Spacewalks MUST be approved by the Shelter Coordinator with proof of insurance, and a generator must be used for power. Contact the shelter coordinator for more information.
