Audubon Tennis Courts

Audubon Park tennis courts are a clay court facility with 10 courts, affording public play seven days a week beginning at 8:00 AM. Dependent on the season, we are open until 7:30 PM on Monday and Thursday.

Our one hour court cost is $10.00. Savings books for court rentals offer 10 hours of play for $80 and book-holders are entitled to reserve courts by phone: (504) 895-1042. Otherwise, courts must be reserved in person.

Private lessons, group lessons and clinics are available for juniors and adults. We are staffed by four professionals, all USTPR/USTPA certified, and the facility is under the direction of Chris Barbe, Head Pro. A ball machine is also available at the cost of $20.00 per hour and we offer racquet-stringing and tennis accessories.

Audubon Park Stables

Cascade Stables opened the doors to its new, beautiful, state of the art riding facility in Audubon Park in September 2006. Cascade Stables have been providing quality Equestrian instruction to the greater New Orleans area since 1981. 

We have built our reputation as a welcoming environment for horse enthusiasts of all ages. Whether you are looking to begin riding lessons, or have the desire to compete at the World Champion level, we have the staff and experience to begin your Equestrian adventure.

Cascade Stables offers a full Saddleseat riding lesson program for children ages 4 to Adult. Private and group lessons are available.  All lessons are in the riding arena with an instructor. We do not offer trail rides or rides in Audubon Park.  Lessons are by appointment only, Tuesday - Sunday, 9am-6pm.
